Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 11am.
Yes children are welcome to join us for this weekend of celebration.
There is ample parking available at the venue.
The best way to get to the venue is by car. You can rent a car at the airport. Also if you want carpool, let us know your itinerary and we will pair you with someone coming around the same times.
Yes :) Friday is as you please (note that the Welcome Dinner will take place near the pool and it will be warm in Texas, you might want to jump in!).
Saturday dinner is a Texas BQQ so a Western attire is suggested.
Sunday Wedding is Cocktail attire with only solid colors please. (no patterns for that day).
There will also be a lot of activities during the weekend so pack comfortable clothes, sport attire, bathing suit and note that the site is mostly dirt and small rocks so be mindful when planing shoes :)
The whole venue/site is reserved to our group only. Therefore, all the grounds are included, all activities on site and we will host Friday, Saturday and Sunday dinner. We will also have plans for breakfast during the weekend. Note that there is not a front desk or room service at this venue. All accommodation have a small fridge & coffee maker. You can bring your favorite snacks or drinks!
When we receive your RSVP we will assign you an accomodation. As we want everybody to be able to stay on site, we will assign the units accordingly. Keep in mind that there are 23 differents unit with posibility for 100 people to sleep. We are limiting our guest list to 65 people. If we required you to share a 2 bedrooms with another family, we will ask you first and pair you with people we think would be a great fit ! The price range is depending on the kind of accomodation you will be giving.
When you are assign an accomodation, we will send you a link to book your stay with the venue.
